What is a credit?
Credits are used two ways: 1 credit for every email generated, and 1 credit for every enrichment. So if you upload 500 leads and build a 3-email sequence for each, that's 1,500 credits. Adding one enrichment to each of those leads would use another 500.
What if I need more credits than my plan includes?
You can purchase add-on credits at any time. If you consistently need more credits, talk to us about a custom plan built around your volume.

Do I need to spintax or spam check the emails?
No. Because every email is structurally unique, you don't need spintax for variation or spam checking for deliverability. The emails are ready to send as-is.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — your new credits and features are available right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you can continue using your current plan until then.
What happens if I exceed my credit limit?
You'll see a usage bar in your dashboard. Once you hit your limit, you can purchase add-on credits or upgrade your plan to continue processing leads.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, for paid plans. Unused credits carry over to the next month but expire if not used within that rollover period.
