Anti-Spam Policy

MachFive does not allow machfive.io to be promoted through spam. This policy explains the rule, who it applies to, and how to report a violation.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to everyone connected to MachFive, including:

• MachFive, its employees, and contractors
• Affiliates, referral partners, and resellers
• Customers and anyone using the MachFive platform

The rule

No one may advertise, promote, link to, or mention machfive.io, or any of its subdomains (such as app.machfive.io), in unsolicited email or other unsolicited messages. This includes:

• Links, buttons, or plain-text mentions of the domain
• Email signatures
• Domains that redirect or forward to machfive.io
• Tracking links or shortened links that lead to machfive.io

An unsolicited message is one sent to someone who did not ask to receive it and does not have an existing relationship with the sender.

How MachFive uses its own domain

We send email from machfive.io only to people who expect it: account and product notifications for our users, replies to people who contact us, and updates to people who have opted in.

Rules for customers

Customers are responsible for the email they send using MachFive. Customers must:

• Follow all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act
• Include accurate sender information and a working way to opt out
• Honor opt-out requests promptly
• Never include machfive.io or links to it in their campaigns

Enforcement

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination, removal from partner or referral programs, and, for employees and contractors, termination of their role with MachFive.
